Robur Capital and Pascal Wuillaume have invested in the acquisition of Theo Coertjens International with the aim of ensuring the company’s continuity. Pascal Wuillaume has been appointed as CEO.
Based in Brecht, Belgium, Theo Coertjens International is a high-quality manufacturer of preserved meat products for the hospitality, catering and wholesale industries. The product range includes stew, chicken vol-au-vent, chili con carne and all kinds of sausages. The company was founded in 1959 by Theo Coertjens and his wife. Over the years it has become a leading player in the Belgian and Dutch markets, exporting to France and the UK. In 2017 the turnover of Theo Coertjens International was EUR 9m.”
